Friday Finds: Austin

Posted by Amanda under Friday Finds

Whew. What a week, right? I can’t be the only one who dealt with a whole lot of crazy this week. But guess what? It’s FRIDAY. I’m so, so ready for this weekend!

This week I thought I’d pop back on over to Austin’s Craigslist, since it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything from it – but you know I’ve been browsing it pretty much daily! I found a ton of awesome things, and I wish I could find a place for all of them in our home!

(Craigslist Austin – $35)

(Craigslist Austin – $200)

(Craigslist Austin – $100)

(Craigslist Austin – $185)

(Craigslist Austin – $60)

Do you see the casters on that little side table? I’m drooling over here! And that red vanity? I really wish I had a spot in my house for that! Of course, there are a ton of great things floating around on Craigslist right now, but none of them are the things I’m actually looking for – I have a few very specific things I’m wanting right now, and I just can’t seem to track ‘em down!

Anyone else been browsing Craigslist lately? Any good finds? Am I the only one who can never seem to find that perfect piece of furniture?

I’ve always had a thing for kidney shaped desks. Great find.

That corner bookcase — I WANT! We’ve been “looking” (very passively) for a smaller bookcase to put in the corner of our kitchen, but really I just want a whole house full of big bookcases.

You’d be so proud of my Craigslist buy for the nursery!! I can’t wait to finish everything so I can post pics. Totally thought of you when we bought it. :)

Love the items you posted, especially those chairs! We’ve been looking for a trunk to put under our window in our bedroom – everything is always too big or too expensive! Someday we’ll find something perfect!
