Alright, y’all, it’s official. I’m moving to Boston. This might be my favorite Friday Finds EVER. I’m completely and totally blown away by the amazing things I found this week, and I’m so jealous I can’t run and pick them all up! I know I say that a lot, but I’m so serious this week. These are amazing – get excited!
We’re in Boston this week for my friend Melissa, who is looking for a fun piece to renovate as a gift for her mom, who just bought a beautiful Victorian home. I have a feeling that any one of these pieces would be a great addition to her mom’s home – Melissa, you’ll have to share with us if you end up getting any of them!
Gorgeous, right? Most of them need quite a bit of love, but that’s always the fun part if you ask me! I know I’d love to snatch up that vintage desk…and the last dresser? Drool!!!
I hope you guys all had a great week! I’m going to spend my weekend trying to rest up and get prepared for the hurricane that is about to hit me when school (both grad school AND regular school) starts next week! I’m planning on launching a new set-up for Friday Finds starting next week, so get excited about that! But, don’t worry, I’ll still be doing Craigslist, so if you have a request send it my way!

24. August - 9:47 amAmazing finds!! I read last year that 79% of leases in Boston start on Sept 1 (mostly because of the student influx), so this is definitely the best time of year for Craigslist!! You should see what’s out by the curb around now too!!

I consider myself an amateur craigslist shopper, but I am still gloating over the fact that I was JUST about to pull the trigger on a West Elm TV console for $400 when I found it on craigslist in near-perfect condition for $120. MINE, ALL MINE!
