I love the tree skirt where do I find it on HGTV?

    1. Hi Elizabeth – If you click on the link right under the photo (the one that says “via HGTV”), it will take you straight to the tutorial! 🙂

  2. I love it!! I still don’t have a tree skirt because everyone I like is ridiculously over priced. Now I really want to try a diy project 🙂

  3. That tree skirt is ADORABLE!!!! It looks really cute and modern, which I think is quite a feat with tree skirts….the one we have at my parents’ house looks downright “Amish craft fair.”

  4. I totally pinned that tree skirt too! I love it. Does it seem like the glued on fabric will really hold up the test of time? That’s the one thing that makes me nervous about taking on such a time consuming project!

    1. It definitely feels firm to me! I have had one small spot come up, but it’s going to be super simple to break out the glue gun to fix it. Luckily, it’ll only get used once a year to set presents on it, so I don’t see it being a huge problem!

  5. Your gallery looks great! That’s a really good idea for easily switching out decor. I think I’ll need to try that. Your tree skirt is also looking pretty fabulous. But I must say my favorite part is your viewing material!! Hahahaha

  6. I meant to make a tree skirt this weekend and never got around to it. I can’t wait to make one though!! Yours is fab!

  7. I love the switching out of prints in the gallery wall – it really does make a big impact and for free! You did a great job on the tree skirt – so creative!

  8. LOVE your tree skirt! I saw that same photo on interest but I actually just made my own tree skirt last year (and finally finished backing it this year lol). I’ll have a pic on my blog at some point this week but basically I bought some pretty christmas fabric and did a quilted tree skirt 🙂

  9. Ahhhhhhh! I’m totally freaking out over your Christmas tree skirt! It’s GORG!! I bought some of that white fluffy, glitter stuff for around ours, and hate it! I didn’t even think to make something myself! SO INSPIRED RIGHT NOW! Thank you! And fabulous work!! The decorations look great!

  10. I totally made this skirt this weekend too! I have the hot glue burns to proove it……. The only thing I did differently was take a lace table cloth, cut it up, and make a few rows of lace ruffle….yours looks wayyyyyy better thought!

  11. The change up on the gallery wall looks so great for the holidays! Love the ruffle tree skirt!

  12. I swap out some of my pictures for Christmasy and Wintery things too! Love it. Also, pinecones are great and cheap for Christmas decor. You can pick them up for free at a park, pop them in the oven at a low temp for a few minutes so they pop all the way open (and it kills the bugs). Roll in glitter or leave as is. Can’t wait to see the rest of what you did.

  13. omgggg I loooove it!!! I love everything!! Ahhh the skirt is amazing!! AMAZING!! I’m totally freaking out about it.

Aaaand I’m pretty sure we’re never going to get our christmas tree delivered. Even when we do, we have absolutely no ornaments or a skirt for it since we left all of that behind.
