  1. We moved into our house in January, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a lawn mower for a few months. But once it started heating up we definitely needed one. Definitely something I really didn’t think about when we moved into out house

  2. It must feel awesome to finally be in! Congrats again! 🙂

  3. congratulations on the move! moving is such a big pain. sounds like things are coming together though, and we can’t wait to hear more about the house!

  4. Congrats! That is so exciting. The house will keep you guys busy from now on!

  5. Omg, the first few weeks after we moved was an endless flurry of trips to Home Depot! Congrats and good luck!

  6. Awww! So happy for you and Corey! I can remember two summers being in your exact shoes! Starting a new job, moving into a new home, SO SO exciting, but SO SO much chaos too! 😛

Nothing new up here in MI, just crazy work, but this week is my bday week! 🙂 I’m trying to make the best of my depression as each bday closer to 30 seems to be saddening. David is taking us (pups & me) camping this weekend. And we booked our trip to Cabo for our 1 year next month! So the vaca countdown has begun!

I can’t wait to read your upcoming blogs, good luck with settling in and starting your new job! 🙂

  7. I’m glad your move went well! You guys unpacked quick!

I don’t own my house, but when we made the move from an apartment (that we shared with some other girl the office stuck with us because you rent by room) to a rental house, we forgot big things like a trashcan for the road and a vacuum (the other girl owned the vacuum in the apartment).

  8. We keep having to run to Lowe’s to pick up random things we didn’t know we’d need when we bought!
So jealous you don’t have to live in CS anymore either.
Can’t wait to see what you do with the new place!

  9. We did have to make the trip to Home Depot when we bought our new house for a lawnmower, edger, weedwacker and such. Found the same issues of unpreparedness when we moved to the country last October: chainsaw, tractor, chipper, bushwacker. Glad things are going well and you seem to be enjoying the whole process of moving. We will miss you here. Keep those photos coming.

  10. Congratulations on your new home! 🙂 Hoping things are a bit more settled/unpacked and a bit more relaxed for you soon!

  11. Congrats! Can’t wait to see as you two set up your house!

  12. Yay!! Congrats on the big move!! I can’t wait to see everything coming together!

  13. Yay yay yaaaay!! So glad that you’re settling in & it’s starting to feel like home! I’m ridiculously excited to see how things are starting to look!
