I am so excited that the weekend is here. Corey and I are headed to our new house this weekend to paint and get the house ready for our big move at the end of next week! Eep!
We’re actually hoping to pick up the first find on this week’s list on Saturday morning, as we’ve been looking for a new dresser and this one is exactly what we wanted!
Isn’t it gorgeous? I have been dying for a nice, short & long mid-century dresser for a while now, and this one fits the bill perfectly. I love that is has nine drawers as opposed to the measly three we have right now – that will be SO nice, since we currently have our clothes spread out over two closets (we use the guest room closet for some of our clothes) and we’re getting ready to downgrade to just one (larger) closet in the new house!
I have a lot of love for mirrors in any way, shape, or form, and I am especially in love with the ornate frame on this one. It’s gorgeous, and I think it would look amazing in a bathroom above a vanity! If only it wasn’t $200!
Okay, so I only clicked on this post originally because the title said the chair was $1, and I LOVE these chairs. Unfortunately, they’re actually asking $100 for it, which is way beyond the realm of what I’m willing to pay, but I still love the chair! I think it’d look great pushed up to a glossy white desk to add a little bit of an industrial feel.
I wouldn’t ever actually purchase this couch because I have a strict no-couches-or-mattresses-from-Craigslist-rule (something about the idea just skeeves me out) but I think it’s so pretty! I love the dark gray color, and it looks very cozy. I was slightly tempted by this guy because Corey and I are in the market for a new couch, but the weirdness of a used couch was just too much for me.
Okay, I’m off to get ready for our super exciting weekend in Austin! I’ll be back next week with lots of photos, I promise! 🙂
